We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight delivery. Most orders ship from our manufacturer's warehouse in Naperville, IL, within 2-4 business days.

United States Postal Service: Available for most orders.
FedEx Freight: May incur an extra charge.
Conway, R & L, and other freight carriers: May incur an extra charge.
Expedited Shipping
Do you need your order faster? We offer expedited shipping options, including next-day air and two-day air. Please note that expedited services are business day services, and weekends do not count towards the standard of service.

International Shipping
We ship to the United States and United States Territories, Canada, Mexico, and most international destinations. Please note that international orders may require 3-5 additional days or more for processing.
Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)
Hazardous materials include glues, solvents, paints, fire extinguishers, compressed air, smoke-in-a-can, and products with batteries. These products cannot ship via the United States Postal Service, nor can they ship via an air service. They may be subject to hazmat fees, which vary by product.
LTL Shipments
When an order is very heavy or awkwardly shaped, a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipment on a pallet may be required. Please inspect all LTL shipments before accepting them. IMPORTANT: If your LTL shipment is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

We can ship on your UPS or FedEx ground account upon request and approval.
We provide an estimate for shipping times. Once an item is shipped, we will email a tracking number as soon as it is created.
We cannot guarantee delivery times.
What's your return policy?
Effective Date: March 7th, 2025
1. General Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped to: 2135 City Gate Ln #3018, Naperville, Illinois, 60563, United States.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
2. Return Process:
Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
We will provide instructions for downloading and printing a return label.
Package the item securely and include the RMA.
Ship the item to the provided address.
3. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Customer is responsible for all new shipping charges.
5. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
We will provide instructions for returning or exchanging the item.
6. Special Order Items:
Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the manufacturer agrees to the return.
Any cancellation fees and expenses will be paid by the buyer.
7. Manufacturer Warranties:
Products sold by Fire Protection Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer.
Fire Protection Parts disclaims all warranties.
8. Pricing and Shipping:
Prices are subject to change without notice.
