Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 7th, 2025

1. General Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped to: 2135 City Gate Ln #3018, Naperville, Illinois, 60563, United States.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for all new shipping charges.

Any cancellation fees and expenses will be paid by the buyer.

Products sold by Fire Protection Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer.
Fire Protection Parts disclaims all warranties.
