Shipping Terms

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight delivery. Most orders ship from our manufacturer's warehouse in Naperville, IL, within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Options
- UPS or FedEx: We reserve the right to select either carrier at our discretion.
- United States Postal Service: Available for most orders.
- FedEx Freight: May incur an extra charge.
- Conway, R & L, and other freight carriers: May incur an extra charge.
Expedited Shipping
Do you need your order faster? We offer expedited shipping options, including next-day air and two-day air. Please note that expedited services are business day services, and weekends do not count towards the standard of service.

International Shipping
We ship to the United States and United States Territories, Canada, Mexico, and most international destinations. Please note that international orders may require 3-5 additional days or more for processing.
Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)
Hazardous materials include glues, solvents, paints, fire extinguishers, compressed air, smoke-in-a-can, and products with batteries. These products cannot ship via the United States Postal Service, nor can they ship via an air service. They may be subject to hazmat fees, which vary by product.
LTL Shipments
When an order is very heavy or awkwardly shaped, a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipment on a pallet may be required. Please inspect all LTL shipments before accepting them. IMPORTANT: If your LTL shipment is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

- We can ship on your UPS or FedEx ground account upon request and approval.
- We provide an estimate for shipping times. Once an item is shipped, we will email a tracking number as soon as it is created.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times.
- Please contact us if you need special shipping arrangements.
- International returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged.
- Certain branded material may have export restrictions.
- We do not ship to trade embargoed countries.
