The 8" Viking EasyPac Commercial Riser with Groove is a comprehensive, pre-assembled manifold designed to streamline the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings. This unit integrates essential components for efficient system control, testing, and drainage, ensuring full compliance with NFPA 13 requirements for wet-pipe sprinkler systems.

Grooved Riser Assembly: Featuring a robust grooved connection, this assembly allows for quick and secure installation within a fire sprinkler system. These risers serve as critical vertical pipes that connect the main water supply to sprinkler heads, distributing water efficiently across multiple floors.
Integrated TESTanDRAIN Valve: This assembly includes an AGF TESTanDRAIN valve, which combines system test and drain functions into a single unit. It features a test orifice to simulate sprinkler head flow and a sight glass for visual confirmation. Available with various K-factor orifice sizes, these valves are designed to match specific occupancy hazards and thread connection requirements.
Pressure Relief Valve (PRV): To protect the system from over-pressurization caused by thermal expansion or pressure surges, the assembly includes a factory-set pressure relief valve. This valve automatically relieves excess pressure and closes once safe levels are restored. Its integrated design eliminates the need to drain the system for PRV installation. NFPA 13 requires a listed relief valve of at least 1/2 inch in size for wet pipe systems, operating at 175 psi or 10 psi above the maximum system pressure, whichever is greater.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard ground shipping on orders in stock totaling $1,100.00 or more within the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground.

General Returns
We accept returns of most new, unused, and resalable items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Initiation: Contact us at info@fireprotectionparts.net to start a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to: Fire Protection Parts Returns, 2135 City Gate Ln #3018, Naperville, IL, 60563.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

Return and Refund Process

Package Securely: Include the RMA number clearly inside the package.

Refunds: Once inspected, refunds (less the 25% restocking fee and original shipping) will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
