General Returns We accept returns of most new, unused, and resalable items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Initiation: Contact us at info@fireprotectionparts.net to start a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to: Fire Protection Parts Returns, 2135 City Gate Ln #3018, Naperville, IL, 60563.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
Return and Refund Process Request RMA: Email info@fireprotectionparts.net.
Package Securely: Include the RMA number clearly inside the package.
Refunds: Once inspected, refunds (less the 25% restocking fee and original shipping) will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exceptions Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately upon receipt for instructions.
Exchanges: Place a new, separate order for the desired item and return the original for a refund (subject to terms).
